| Abstract: | You've got to be good to make it as a recruitment consultant; and if you are, a six-figure income isn't out of the question. Life as a recruitment consultant may not be the first option that occurs to prospective chartered accountants at the beginning of their training. But is clear that while their CA qualification is not a prerequisite, it is extremely useful to have. It is also clear that while outsiders may see recruitment consultancy as a job with no ladder to climb, the opportunities and rewards for those who excel are considerable. |
