| Abstract: | This article examines the usefulness of a set of new governance codes of practice in non-profit organizations. The authors focus on the possible challenges facing the sector such as shareholder identification and organizational vision. According to the authors, the code has much value as a tool for governance and regulation, but significant aspects of the code remain unclear. |
