Abstract:This study examines the rather common practice of bullying in the performing art workplaces. The authors state that one of the significant reasons why bullying is evident in the art workplaces is the common low level of training in human resource management (HRM) among the managers. Proposed is a model illustrating the significance of management awareness and work environment in dealing with bullying behaviour. It is concluded that presently performing arts have the highest degree of workplace bullying.
