| Abstract: | Recent academic findings, in contrast to earlier research, question the importance of recruitment in applicants' job choices. This controversy gave the authors the idea to ask job seekers to tell them in their own words about how they made critical job search and choice decision. Most previous research have been based on cross-sectional ratings in contrast to which the present study used longitudinal structured interviews. |
