| Abstract: | The average national income is not the average actual income and thus can not reflect consumption status precisely . South America, Africa and mideast have capital inflow and uncountable income from invisible trade. From the angle of natural resource, most poor countries are very "rich". Being a developing country, China ought to develop market in the third world because the commodity price of china may be accepted easily by the people of the third world. |
