Abstract: | The new trade theory introduces the scale economies and imperfect competition into the theory of international trade and tries to explain the phenomena of increasing inner-industry trade among developed countries. Since the inner-industrial trade in scale economies and under imperfect competition is closely connected with developing stages and in the wake of the elevation of economic development and per capita income in the developing countries, the percentage of inner-industrial trade will grow bigger and bigger. Therefore, developing countries can make use the new trade theory and its policy analysis as reference for developing inner-industrial trade and policy decision. |
