Abstract:The general process for the developing countries' indsutry to grow can be divided to four phases: the domestic fostering phase, the relatively-superior controlling phase, the relatively-superior using phase and absolutely outside- oriented phase under the influence of transnational corporations, The industrial growth mode in developing countries can be appendages self-sufficiency and independence. And these three modes can transfer to each other in different stages. Among them, mode three is the first to spur the local economy's faster development make the economy independent gradually, then is mode two and the last one is mode one.
