| Abstract: | The principles of the collaboration between a company and an educational business agency are described. Different keys of success which determine the basic choice for subcontractors or internal education; the business agency; the systems to be set up by both parties in order to obtain a successful collaboration. The business agency's and company's points of view are compared. The conclusions are: the objectives must be accepted by the persons concerned and it is necessary to create a permanent communication and an atmosphere of confidence. |
