| Abstract: | International shipping centre is used in a broad sense. It has the functions of hardware facilities of port and software service under the basic conditions of international trade, material circulation, searoute and finance. This paper expounds as to the principles of policy of construction and development of Shanghai international shipping centre and its positioning. It also makes a detailed explication as to the policies of port operation, opening sea routes, shipowners, owners of cargo as well as intermediate institutions for shipping. |
