| Abstract: | Life insurance industry, capital market and economic growth relate with each other in following form: life insurance industry and capital market influence each other. More intense the competition of life insurance market, more life insurance company depends on the investment from capital market. As institutional investor, life insurance company plays a main role in making capital market function, enhancing the efficiency of capital market and promoting economic growth. Meanwhile, the main factors in the gradual progress of relations between life insurance and capital market are: innovations of competition and finance; fiscal control of government; tax policy and social ensurance policy. |
