| Abstract: | Currently, there are four mistakes in employee's endowment insurance. They are as follows: (1) the relations of dependence between retirement pension and insurance premium are upside down. (2) Although the intensity of insurance premium levy was strengthened, at the same time moderate financial input was ignored. (3) The relationship between growth of retired employee's annuities and national economic development is separated. (4) It is also neglected that funds' guarantee capacity is unbalanced in different range of planning. |
