| Abstract: | Fixation of objectives means to give the life significance and direction. It is not only a support of the time management, but it helps to motivate the efforts necessary to a rational time management. If you do not fix well your objectives, you never achieve them. Three kinds of objectives are distinguished: long- and medium-term objectives, intermediate objectives and short-term objectives. It is presented how to define them well. The qualities of the objectives and the virtue of an objective are shown. It helps to find out the criteria of well-defined objectives. |
