| Abstract: | Outplacement is a kind of service for sacked managers which helps them in finding a new job. The idea was born in America in the sixties and spread into Europe in the eighties. The costs of the service - 15-20 thousand DM are paid by the old workplace. The candidate is given psychological and clerical help In case of failure the whole process may be repeated. |
