Abstract: | Today, organizations must keep pace with accelerating technological advancements to remain competitive. A model that is a compromise between patching an old organization and breaking in a new one is proposed. Numerous potential positive outcomes of an organizational transformation (OT) approach have been identified so far. A few of the are categorized into a business perspective and an employee perspective. the OT model does not prescribe solutions but rather provides a process for managers to develop and implement better solutions for themselves. The main steps of this process are as follows: developing a system perspective; envisioning the future; defining the system; analysis and feedback; action planning; implementation; evaluation. |
