| Abstract: | This article draws a light-hearted comparison between projects and musical adventures. In this allegory such musical words as conducting, theme, variation and instrumentation are applied to project management. The parable begins with an introduction. The A minor scale then symbolizes the phases in project life-cycle. Conducting music shares many features with project management. The text concludes with a cadence as in music. |
