| Abstract: | Implementation of management of capital in State-owned enterprises of foreign economic cooperation and trade aim at bringing about "two fundamental changes," which is beneficial to their developments into intensive and international conglomerates with manufacturing. The key measures for their transition to management of capital at the present are: to change the guideline for their management and acquire new ideas of management; set up the institutions of modern enterprise, straighten out the ownership relations in the State-own enterprises and establish the institutions conforming to management of capital; train professional managers of foreign economic cooperation and trade. |
