| Abstract: | 1.Investment scale. The average speed of economic growth will be about 7%, and investment rate will be decline in the tenth-five-year plan, and GDP will be 6.1 million billion yuan and the total social investment will be about 2.2 million billion yuan from 2001 to 2005. 2. Investment origins. Investment per year will be 80 billion yuan in budget, and bank credit add up to 4.3 thousand billion yuan, and foreign capital will be 2.1 thousand billion yuan, and self-collection funds will be 1.48 million billion yuan, which 68.3% become investment origins. |
