| Abstract: | The over-labor-power per year are 187.7 million in the tenth-five-year plan, and will be 216.7 million in 2005 even if economic increase speed is 7% and employment flexible index is 0.13, except the ones in rural. So the employment conflicts are the one between a large sum of new labor-power and limited employment, the one between industrial upgrade and labor-power qualities, and the one between transforming of rural labor-power and urban progress. |
