Abstract: | According to the definition for 'reputation', it is a good thing for business schools to have. The article deals with 'intellectual property' covering patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and confidential information. 'Copyright' is the exclusive right to control the copying of original work. A trademark right is the exclusive right to use a particular mark on particular goods and services.
