| Abstract: | The system of indices for appraising national economic operational quality is the tool for national economic management and has been widely noted. The system, worked out on the basis of the 6 specific symptoms of the national economic operational quality has the following characteristics: 1)stronger sense of hierarchy-more weight is placed in the aspects to which of more emphasis is given in national economic operation; 2) Indices that represent the infrastructure of energy and communication are included in the module design. 3)The central position of the economic returns and the leading role of science and technology are stressed in national economic operational quality. 4) The sustainability, safety and stability are highlighted in the economic operation. |
