| Abstract: | The author of the paper states that the Balanced Scorecard methodology, the Baldrige Award Criteria, and the government sector's President's Quality Award program, though different, share compatible management methodologies. He expressing the opinion that mapping these methodologies demonstrates how specific attributes from each can be combined into a single and stronger management system. The author also states that the customer perspective is critical in the formation of Balanced Scorecards for government agencies. This research shows that 9 out of 10 organizations do not implement their strategic plans. |
