| Abstract: | This study aims at describing and analyzing the evaluation of quality in professional knowledge-intensive services in a private hospital. Using a mail survey, 240 questionnaires were delivered with a response rate of 198 (83 per cent). The findings indicate that there is a close interplay and interdependence btw. the quality dimensions of caring and curing. |
