| Abstract: | Violence is on the increase in workplaces as more and more people believe that using their fists or other weapons is a acceptable way to resolve conflicts in the workplace. No longer content to sit home and brood, too many disgruntled workers and customers are turning to violence as a way of expressing their anger. Although random acts of violence are hard to anticipate, you can minimize the risk that your company will be the next site of a violent incident. |
