| Abstract: | Organisational coordination on the firm's strategy is essential to compete in the global economy. This research examines the integrated performance measurement systems of 6 world class manufacturing firms by collecting information on their strategic objectives, performance measurement systems, and performance measurement system linkages. The result was the development of principles on strategic objectives, performance measurement systems and performance measurement system linkages for improved organisational coordination. |
