| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of institutional economics the competition between consultants is supposed to be much more complicated and much different from the competition on markets for e.g. consumer goods. This can be verified by empirical results presented in this paper. In many aspects, the institutions which have developed on this market seem to be efficient. This is especially true for the matching of partners. But there is something to learn for the consultants, too. The design of contracts and the after- sales-management have to be improved, if competitive advantages should be reached or maintained. |
