| Abstract: | The cause of color television industry's development can be broken down into four phases: Introduction, fluctuation, stable growth and price war. The barrier of entering the color television industry is very low, and large market scale is existing in the nation. Obstacle mainly occurs in the parts level. On the other hand, facing the situation of blindfold development in Manufacturing Industry,government pays attention to the barrier possibly took place in the key parts levels. It expresses so obviously that government gets rid of the barriers for industry, for example, assisting the deficit enterprises, encouraging the local enterprises to cooperate with foreign investors. Meanwhile,decreasing competition to some extent promotes industrial innovation.What is terrible, it is difficult to terminate price war once it is launched. |
