| Abstract: | Through comparing the government-oriented financing system represented by Japan with the market-oriented one represented by U.S. and Germany, it is concluded that, make state-owned commercial banks and SOEs become independent bodies of property as well as market. Moreover, set up market-oriented financing system focusing on indirect financing, and banks adopt omnipotent management. Furthermore, make efforts to develop capital market. |
