| Abstract: | The article author from Emerald suggests an alternative to peer citation (here as: p-cit.) to assess which published management research is not only rigorous but also relevant to business. Citation measurement is limited to people using a paper in order to write another paper. Downloads have a number of advantages over p-cit. as they take in a much wider reference group, that is, researchers, students, and practitioners. |
