| Abstract: | ARENA is a graphical managerial tool for mapping the business environment. Like other tools, e.g. the Gant diagram or the Pareto diagram, the ARENA provides a concise single picture of the external actors influencing the organization's value to be used for decision making. This paper presents the ARENA model with demonstation on its applications. ARENA is compared to existing models with described cases (Nokia, Vocaltec). |
