| Abstract: | The central feature of Quality Circle Programmes is the formation of volunteer groups of six to 10 employees to investigate and recommend solutions to quality problems. Discriminant analysis was used to develop a profile of a typical QCP participant. A profile of the typical circle member is described, and interpretations of the discriminant analysis are discussed. |
