| Abstract: | On the basis of the new law imported pirated products could be confiscated at the W. german border. It would also provide for the destruction of equipment used for copying illegally. GEMA president also criticizes TV and radio stations for helping home taping by announcing their programs well in advance. He insists the basic levy rates are still too low. |
