| Abstract: | Experimental learning events and compute-based training apparently polar cases. Yet in a complex business environment, both are needed. The author discusses one course which seeks to exploit the capabilities of technology to create a new and more realistic environment for experimental insight. The course uses a computer-based simulation, but the main concern of the paper is its use rather than its technique. |
