| Abstract: | When companies enter foreign markets management has to consider the dominating economic, political, social and cultural determinants which are valid in the corresponding country environments. International engagement should be the result of a carefully planned strategy. It is very important to recognize multi-cultural organizational behaviour as an essential issue for the international activities. The author presents concrete examples of differences in value systems of some countries. |
