| Abstract: | In China, the quantity of computer is not only great lack of developed counties, but also its utilization ratio is rather low. State should carry out macro-control, strengthen overall planning and realize system network of state information. Pay attention to the effect of people, the every quality of people who work in information industry should be optimized. Taking advantage and spending more then ten years, even decades on trying hard, information industry will be flourished in China. |
