| Abstract: | The introduction of a new process to a global organization is an example of change which requires rigorous management, and also an integrated approach. As experience in the investment bank SBC Warburg has recently shown, with the introduction of its newly designed PMM process, if an intervention is to be successful, not only do new processes need to be conceptually robust; but also a strong focus on their implementation is an equally important part of the equation. |
