| Abstract: | Modernization of housing industry is the only road to development of housing industry. Science and technology progress is the key to realizing it. We should transform the traditional extensive housing model with modern science and technology. Besides we have to raise the labour productivity and the quality level of housing production by a large margin through the intensive development featuring standardization of housing design, industrialization of housing production and scientific management of housing, and popularization and application of a large amount of new materials and new technology. The modernization construction of housing industry need not only the full support from the government but more importantly, enterprises' active participation. |
