| Abstract: | Among a working population of six hundred million in China, there is a surplus rural labour force of one hundred and twenty million and a surplus urban labour force of over 3 million besides satisfying the domestic demand. But China's share in the international labour service market is only 1%. Besides, there is a wide gap between China and the Philippines, Pakistan and India, the major labour export countries. China has a great potential in development of external labour service cooperation. In view of China's current situation, this paper raises the measures in four aspects for increasing more shares on the international labour service market. |
