| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the new characteristics of transnational corporations' investment actions in China and reasons for their attaching importance to investment in China. In view of these new trends, it then raises such strategic measures as strengthening leadership, coordinating cooperation with transnational corporations nationwide, guiding transnational corporations nationwide, guiding transnational corporations' investment in China forming enterprises groups and strengthening competition with transnational corporations. |
