Abstract:Nowadays, Japan's economy is slack, the Europe's is poor, but America's just is growing strongly. The time Magazies of America regards that at present there appears the 'new economy' in America, the knowledge economy, whose major force is the capital and technology intensive information industry. It is also the new growth point of China's economy . A case in point is that the high-tech enterprises run by the Beijing's local people have been the new economic growth point of the capital. Although in 1997 only counting for then 1/50 employees of the whole city, it brough out 1/5 GNP of the city. In a word, putting in more technology is the key to dragging the knowledge economy upward.
