| Abstract: | The commanding point of development means racing to control a strategic commanding point. To this end, we should strengthen software industry and make great efforts to develop and improve information service industry. The realistic growth points are every kind of information exchange centres, hubs of communications or intersections, trade centres, financial centres, the information technology enterprise group in new and high-tech industrial development zones. The key points in transformation of material industries are to cultivate a batch of modern information-based agricultural growth points, re-establish China's R&D system, strengthen the R&D of industrial information technology and the industrial transformation towards informanization. |
