| Abstract: | The Chinese government should take the development of risk investment as a basic policy to promote science, technology and economy, especially high-tech. We should lay down policies for risk compensation, establish a policy mechanism in favor of the financing of risk enterprises, broaden the channels of funding sources and set up insurance and security systems, create a legal environment and draft comprehensive laws and regulations for risk investment, intellectual property, companies and finance. We should train qualified personnel for risk investment, perfect the stock market and try to cultivate technological market and property right market. |
