Abstract: | This paper examines customer intentions in the context of online shopping thorough the analysis of survey of 122 online customers. The aim of this study is to explain online customer retention as well as offer guidelines for development of customer relationship management initiatives. The authors empirically demonstrate that online shopping habit and online shopping experience have similar effects on repurchase intention. A set of online shopping usefulness drivers such as after-sales service, transaction efficiency, security, convenience and cost savings are identified. |
