| Abstract: | What is a values crisis? It occurs when value perceptions become skewed, when we equate achievement only with making money, when our personal security is more important than that of everyone else, when we place a greater emphasis on making money than on serving customers. When leaders care only about profits, we wind up with companies that are gutted for the sake of short-term profits, companies without spark, lifeless businesses with no spirit or potential. |
