| Abstract: | Household cleaning products are packaged in a variety of containers, including plastic bottles, aerosols, cardboard cartons, glass and trigger packs. Products are defined to include detergents, scouring products, floor and furniture polish, disinfectants, insecticides and air fresheners. Their market in GB is analyzed. Key trends are defined. Household products market is shown by tables of UK manufacturers' sales of cleaning products and of household disinfectants, both 1984/1988.
