| Abstract: | Edelmann is a packaging firm producing package material for medicines, cosmetics and other consumer goods. Its quality control system began in the sixties with statistical product control. Later they switched for Japanese quality circles because it better motivates workers. The article presents the whole story with its successes and fallbacks. |
