| Abstract: | This paper raises the following measures for optimizing the structure of building mortgage loan market: The government should take into account the establishment of Ad hoc insurance institution for building mortgage loan and encourage the commercial insurance companies to develop building loan insurance business. We should enrich the object forms of primary market, make financial innovation and provide diversified financial instruments for different consumers to make choice of. At the same time we have to establish gradually the secondary building mortgage loan market and perfect the related systems, laws and regulations with a view to making it mature. |
