Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, China has experienced three times of fluctuations in prices. Their characteristics are as follows: (1) Every peak value of fluctuations in prices is higher than its previous one; (2) The time of fluctuation rising from valley is to peak is usually in the third year, while the time of fluctuation from peak to valley is either long or short; (3) There is a trend that the cycle of fluctuations will be longer than before. For the current macro control, the momentum of too rapid growth of investment needs to be controlled and the economic growth has to be prevented from declining greatly too. In addition, the tight policy of money supply needs to be carried out continuously. |
