| Abstract: | To help foreign-funded enterprises forward requires a clear idea of importance of price work during opening-up. First of all, foreign-oriented prices are to be managed as required by opening to the outside world. Secondly, problems concerning prices in the course of attracting business and funds. Thirdly, management and control of prices must be strengthened. Fourth, resources of information should be exploited to serve opening-up and enterprises by way of computer networks and the state's center of prices. Finally leadership must be improved to meet the need of reform. |
