| Abstract: | There are many difficult points and problems in China's state holding companies. In order to promote their healthy development, the trust-agent relation between government and state holding companies. The principle of trans-trading and the one of competitiveness are to be taken into consideration so as to rationally determine which industries they should be involved in.
