| Abstract: | The paper theoretical analyzed different stock right structures' influences on four management system, such as management one, buying and annexing one, agent right consumption and supervisor one, got hypothesis that stock right high collection has a certain collection degree and relative stockholder, and stock right structure with large stockholder. The corporations with this stock right structure can get the biggest achievement. |
